
The IPS of Aesthetic Medicine and Plastic Surgery CORPOLASER, with over 15 years of experience in the city of Medellin contacted us to help them improve their digital presence, their website and social networks failed to impact the target market.
Helping them to get people interested in their more than 20 services and treatments, among which Laser Lipolysis and Abdominoplasty was the task to be done. In the first approach with the marketing team, we identified that CORPOLASER was aiming to increase their community and build customer loyalty. In the past, they had been generating content without a clear strategy that would allow them to really reach the ideal prospect.
Having identified this reality, we built an omnichannel plan that would connect this ideal audience in the different digital channels and turn them into potential customers and subsequently legitimize the brand in the city of Medellin.

To begin with, we researched the public related to the services offered by CORPOLASER, generated buyer personas, defined personalized audiences, developed the ideal content to connect and build follower loyalty, identified the key terms that people interested in your services search for in Google and centralized the databases to send personalized information.
